Paul E. Bendheim MD, Founder, Chairman, and CEO
Dr. Bendheim is well-known in the field of neurological research and new treatment development for Alzheimer's disease and other neurodegenerative disorders. He serves as Chairman of the Clinical Advisory Board of Intellect Neurosciences and is a member of the Scientific Review Board of the Institute for the Study of Aging. He lectures internationally and is the author of more than 80 scientific articles, book chapters, and abstracts.

Dr Bendheim graduated cum laude from Pomona College and received his MD degree (AOA) from the College of Medicine, University of Arizona. He is a board certified neurologist having completed his neurological residency and a post-doctoral research fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr Bendheim is a member of the American Neurological Association and the American Academy of Neurology. Previous positions of Dr. Bendheim include; Medical Director of Development and Research Neurologist at the Banner Alzheimer's Institute of the Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center, Phoenix, Arizona; Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer, Mindset Biopharmaceuticals; Medical Director of the Copaxone Division, Teva Pharmaceuticals; the Max Varon Visiting Professor in the Department of Neurobiology, Weizmann Institute of Science; Associate Professor of Neurology, Downstate Medical Center, State University of New York; Director of the Geriatric Neurology Clinic and Head, Laboratory of Transmissible Neurodegenerative Diseases, Institute for Basic Research. Dr. Bendheim also has been an advisor to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Edward Wein, PhD, Vice President Nutritional Science and Production
As principal of Innovative Nutritional Products, Ltd., Dr. Wein has over thirty years experience in food, nutritional supplement and biotechnology businesses. Prior to founding INP, Dr. Wein was the Vice President, R&D, of Bariatrix Products International Inc., the leading North American nutrition bar developer and manufacturer, where he was responsible for a results-oriented R&D team for development of nutritional bars and powders for weight loss, energy and sports nutrition. Previous positions include Vice President, Business Development at Nexia Biotechnologies Inc.; Director, Technology & Product Applications at Ault Foods Ltd. and at Maple Leaf Foods, where he was Director, Technology & Business Development, and International Trade Division.

Richard M. Samuels, PhD, Vice President Cognitive Sciences

As President of Guardian Eldercare, Dr. Samuels developed and has provided cognitive strengthening programs for seniors over the past twenty years. He was founder and former CEO of Ambivision, a point of purchase video information and advertising vehicle for medical offices. A practicing clinical and forensic psychologist with expertise in providing psychological services to seniors, Dr. Samuels played a prominent role in the establishment of one of the largest divisions within the American Psychological Association of which he is a Fellow.

Thomas Gladfelter, Senior Vice President Nutritional Division

Tracy Hafen, Director, Physical Exercise Programs

She is certified as a personal trainer and aerobic instructor by the American Council on Exercise, and holds a master's degree in Exercise Science and Cardiac Rehabilitation from Northeastern University. She is the co-author, along with the #1 bestselling author Dr. Michael Roizen, of "RealAge Workout", published by Harper Collins Press in 2006. Tracy has been featured as a fitness expert on two national PBS specials, including "Real Age Makeover" in 2006 and "YOU: On a Diet" in 2007. She created the "YOU: On a Diet" workout DVD for PBS and demonstrated the workout for the DVD's comprehensive fitness program. As the exercise physiologist for Northwestern Memorial Hospital's Center for Partnership Medicine from 2005 to 2006, Ms. Hafen co-developed its fitness program. She started the first online national personal training referral service with access to more than 1800 trainers
